Previous transactions with takealot I have received a call from courier before delivery to ask when is convenient to deliver. This time I received no call to ask me what day or what time. After delivery (after I was woken up by my doorbell being rung for the 25th time!) I called Mr Delivery call centre and they confirmed no one had tried to contact me but they did say it is standard procedure to arrange a time beforehand.
