Beware if you fall into arrears with your account

Greetings, I was retrenched last year and fell into arrears with my Woolworths account, many calls recerived to sort out payment, even made arrangements to pay monthly amount which was agreed to. however Woolworths do not back off if you owe them money. even with an arrangement in place i get two sms' daily, one from Woolworths demanding payment and the other from CFS "thanking me for payment" HUH? January thus far received 22 sms', not to mention Dec. Speaking to their consultants will leave you angry and disgusted - they are so rude. One consultant phoned me at 20h45 one night and told me he had a right to contact me that time as i am a personal (& not comp acc holder). stress is a terrible thing when you have no income & bills must get paid. Hats off to American Swiss, RCS & Truworths - you guys understand. account holders at Woolworths make sure you have retrenchment cover & they must spell it out to you, dont just assume per your statement. I have never been harrassed as much as Woolworths has these past few months, i want to crack already. PS owe - R5000?? - the only customer on their books that owes them so much & struggling to pay? my nerves are finished & stressed
