At the moment I'm not happy with woolworths accounts department. They keep on billing me for not paying my account on time or not paying at all. But I do make payment each and every month on time and I'm lucky if they credit me. I made a payment in June and on 11 July the confirmed that they did receive my payment 11 days later only but when I received my statement no payment is reflecting and yet again interest is charged. So once again I fax and email them and today I received a sms from them to say they still did not get any payment from them.
I thing this is unacceptable and this matter needs to be resolve urgently.
