Bad feed back

It has been 4 weeks from now when I received a call that some one has purchased on my store card. Last week I phoned and it was 3 weeks and no one has any feedback as to whom from my acc. It's now just over R6000 that has been stollen. My acc is now blocked for almost 4 weeks and I made another call and still no feedback then I get told that a manager will contact me it is now two days and a manager is still calling me. I have now had it I want my acc closed at the end of the day my acc is not safe staff has access to security details and it gets sent to there buddies.
