I am not receiving any statements from edgars on my account and would a;so like to have a second card in my wife's name, linked to my account
I've reported it at the local branch and via the complaints section on their website.
After 2 weeks, the manager of the local branch phoned me and offered me a R100 voucher, but not to rectify the problem. I went back to the store and experienced the same service as always, No service and incompetence.
After I left the store, the manager phoned me again to inform me that she took the liberty of updating my personal details as found on the online complaint.
I have 3 concerns here:
- How safe is my personal information if anyone can update my personal details?
- I still don't receive statements and cannot log on to the site, because my application is still pending after 2 weeks.
- I still do not have a card for my wife?
