Just give me feed back

I have banked with FNB for the past ten years and I've never ever received such bad service as I have in the last 2 months.

I had applied for an overdraft at my branch on Main Street Randburg. Several weeks passed and there was no feedback. I eventually had to go to the manager who got me someone else (Kym) to look at the matter. She said my application was declined though no one called me.
She then proceeded to reapply as FNB gave their reason for declining as me not having any form of debt. This was ridiculous as I have had your credit card for the past 5 years or so and at least one other account. This they claimed they could not pick up.

After the said reapplication, I tried getting feedback 3 times both from the manager of the branch and the said Kym with no joy. This was even after she claimed she would reach me before the end of the week.
Very sad and disappointing. It's been 3 weeks or so with no response.

I also applied for a car loan at the same branch.
This was over 4 weeks ago.

No response, call or feedback. The last I heard it was escalated to some department and then silence.
This such poor service and very sad.
