I Reported my phone on da 18.02 2013, with the following iformation: police case number, affadavite, insurance proof and my details, no copies were made or slips were given to me, when i asked da staff member she said as longs as we a card holder we dont need any copies they will keep all proof. and i will get feedback with in a week. TWO WEEKS later i went back to da store n i was told dat it was still under investigation it will take time, and i was given a number to call which is invailad. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER went back to the store and staff cailm my report neva went through to the insurance n there is no record of my claim. Rude n unhelpfull staff and manager request i re -apply and wait another 30 days plus still pay access only if approved, im had enough of ther im now gonna take them up
