I purchase something at least once a month at Charles & Keith Canal Walk, my husband then purchased a bag for me in May. two days after using the bag I saw the material started balling! I went into the store with the bag one evening and showed the staff what the bag was doing. The one sales assist told me to purchase a "bobble off"to get the fur off the woven material!! I said I was never going to spend alot on a bag and then be using a bobble off to remove fur, thats just crazy! I sent the bag in to the store a week later for the manager to have a look, that was on a sunday. A week later I went into the store to find out what was happening with the bag, and she politely told me she had forgotten!
Today on the 31/05/13 two day short of 2 weeks of waiting on feedback. I get told that the feedback from head office is the following! "it is a statement bag and should not be used often"! You guys must be kidding me! Since when does a store get to dictate how often you use a item that you purchase!
I am disgusted at the service level of such incompetent staff at the store number one, including the manager that never seems to be there, as well as the feed
