I purchased a Samsung washing machine at Dion wired. The outlet pipe was too short. Samsung itself had a very poor attitude and dismissed the problem. Walter at Dion Wired was very helpful and found an extension for the pipe (something which Samsung said did not exist). the next day we fetched the extension and everything is now working well. Thanks to the great attitude and assistance from Walter.
