Bad Attitude & service upon enquiry of Samsung s4

On Sunday 24th of November at - 11:30 am, i went to Dion Wired, and did an enquiry on the Samsung s4 & Note 3 with Gear, we met up with two ladies at the service centre in Dion Wired where the cell phones are displayed. Nthando and the Vodacom sales lady were not interested to help us at all, they do not know their product at all, when i enquired about the Samsung note with gear, Nthando just gave us the straight eye, " saying we do not sell the product, and therefore she can't assist me, she did not even speak to us in an orderly manner, she was rude and un professional, after the incident she ignored me flat..., i than insisted to speak to the manager, and complained to him about the situation, he just stared at me and said sorry. I do not wish to make any purchase in that branch EVER, as my Business clearly is not what they are looking for!!!
