My mother-in-law bought me a pair of takkies at Tekkie town Parow centre on 24th July 2013. I wear a size 3 shoe so she took a size 3 takkie for me. My monther-in-law is from eastern cape and just came to visit for a few days. I only wore the takkie after she left and realised it was to small after having it on and walking in it for a day. I knew I could not take the takkies back without having the receipt so I asked my mom-in-law to fax it through to me. I eventually took the takkies back on sunday 3rd of August 2013 to exchange it for a bigger size. When I go their they told me they can not take back the takkies because I've worn them. I am putting this on Hello Peter because I'm very upset because what am I going to do with the takkies I can't wear. I believe other stores wdve taken it back regardless because the customer is always right. If I'm wrong for complaining I apologise but this is how I feel.
