I am so disappointed in Dion Wired after Sales customer service. To think i have bought almost all my appliance by your store to receive this service. It has been over a month now that i have been in contact with a Percy at Bedfordview store regarding a copy of my till slip for a purchase of a washing machine and fridge. i have given him all the particulars and a month later still no response. this is totally unacceptable as i need my washing machine fixed but cannot with the slip. I need this matter sorted to urgently, and this incident has definitely impacted my decision to purchase further by Dion Wired.
