I called Home choice to notify them that the iron is broken/not working. They told me to take the iron to Pretoria West at one of their agent for repairs. I did that. The agent called me to say that I should collect the iron because it cannot be fixed. I then called Home choice, they told me to go and collect the iron and send it back to them.
I had an incident whereby I sent back the items and I was not refunded for my postage money until today and now the are telling, me to post the iron back to them. In whose expense is that?
I am so sick of Home Choice. I once had so many people complaining about it but now I understand their frustration. I should have listened when I was told to stay away from it.
