I purchased a Cloud nine hair iron on th 7th November 2012. When I purchased it I was told that if the iron is faulty I must contact Cloud nine and they will come to me and fetch it and sort it out because it comes with a 24 month warranty. I called Desmond today and he tells me that he will send me a document and I must fill it in and courier the iron to them AT MY COST. The iron is only about 3 months old and I asked Desmond why must I pay for the courier knowing that the iron was expensive and it's not my fault that it is faulty. He was RUDE and said if return an ITEM TO GAME IT WILL STILL COST YOU. The price of the iron is R2000 and now I must pay for courier fees and the iron Will get back to me 7 days after they receive it. I really don't understand why must i pay the courier costs.
