Faulty Goods!

On the 9th November 2012 I bought Phillips on at the Game Store in Alberton city, after a few months the iron was faulty. I returned the iron to the store and I was told I must wait 21 working days for it to be fixed or replaced, in the mean time I have no iron and now I must pay extra money to get my clothes iron even though I've spent R500 of my money on buying the iron from Game. I would expect Game to either give me my R500 back and I'll go buy myself another iron somewhere else or they provide me with a replacement while they decide what to do with their faulty iron.
This type of customer service is appalling!
