No Club Cards for over 4 weeks!

Major Complaint!!!
Recently I was convinced to sign up for the Club Card - which I did.
I was told I could go to my nearest store and collect the card within 48 hours - which I did!
My nearest store, Cape Gate (Brackenfell)... after waiting in a cue for over 30 minutes I was told that I could not have a Club Card because they have none in stock. I questioned this but was told that the store has not had club cards for over a month and have been waiting for 4 weeks!!!
What???
Clearly it was expected of me to accept this as I was told to rather go try other stores?
Really???
I then proceeded on Monday, 22 July 2013, to contact the call centre. I was speaking to a consultant who told me to try other stores and find one who club cards and when I became angry he put down the phone.
I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor - she was busy 'apparently' but I was told she would call me within 30 minutes.
Guess what!!!
Never happened and today it is Friday, 26 July, and nothing...!
Surprised... sadly NOT.
Wow what excellent service; Edgars never disappoints in maintaining there awful customer service standards.
