I recently obtained this card from a so called company representative and had experienced a tremendous amount of embarrassment during my trip overseas.
the problems i experienced were that this card was not accepted at any of the stores i wanted to shop at (listed below). These are very established shops and it is sad that they did not accept these cards for various problems such as (they often told me) this card is problematic and not many of their clients have it, some didnt even hear of diners club while.
shops such as: Guess, Hugo Boss, Gucci, Harrods, Havey Nichols, LV on Sloane street
and every restaurant that i had eaten at.
in dubai when i tried to purchase an item, i only had a limit of 5000 which was not the limit given so i had to use my other card. the airport lounges also said i will be charged 50dollars to use these lounges that diners club previously told me that it would be free. i gave diners club a call when i came back. i was told send them an email. stil no response. but anyway lucky for me i didnt use the card as now when i look at the charges for card usage was never free as i was innitially informed.
