I visited your Glen Branch yesterday the 25th of June 2013.
We waited for more than 15 minutes in a queue with 2 other people in front of us?
There was only one cashier on duty, with a lot of staff dressed in the Edgars uniform but no one willing to assist the paying customers at the till.
I raised my concern to the Retail Assistant and he informed us that the system on all the other tills were offline. He said that IT were informed earlier the day but still no effort was made to rectify the problem.
If you guys cared about your customers you would sort out this problem, but once again it seems like the poor customer should suffer.
I for one would never support your store again.
