I have been struggling for the past 9 months to correct my account. A R500 voucher was purchased on my account at Boardmans on the 8/11/13. I reported as soon I received my next statement at Boardmans, Hemingways. The manager assured me that the matter was attended to and I would receive a refund. Month after month this went on. I tried calling the call centre a few times, each time I was assured that I would be contacted once the matter was attended to, still waiting... I visited the store again last weekend and was told by a new manager, this time, that the matter was not reported. She asked me to send through my statement in question to an e-mail that does not work. When I called her to check the address, I was given an alternative address that does not work either... I need to resolve this matter urgently - any help would be appreciated at this point in time.
