I reported a problem with tiles purchased from the Alberton and Edenvale stores via the CTM website. I was promptly contacted by Head Office to ascertain the branch involved and was promised that the branch would be in touch. Again the Alberton branch manager Anthony Moses contacted me promptly- he undertook to visit my home to evaluate the problem. He arrived as agreed, agreed that the problem was real and undertook to replace and pay for installation, as well as refund the excess tiles I had to purchase because of the product defect. The refund was made within days and I am sure I will be contacted soon about the replacement of the defective tiles. This is Customer Service at it's best!
