I have Purchased a Defy 348L Metallic fridge on the 5/05/2012, I then detected loud noises a week later so I called OK Furniture with a Complaint, they has sent a Technician to identify the Problem. OK Furniture then did an Exchange on the 29/05/2012 due to the noises. I then detected the same thing & called OK Furniture, this time sending a Technician from Defy on the 20/06/2012 leaving a job card ensuring that they will inform OK Furniture/ Defy that I will receive a Refund. I have waited for their response but no one got back to me until recently fridge went off completely, after a while it went on again, I have lost all my stuff & not sure when this unit will switch off again, technician refuses to replace or refund & somehow claims the fridge supposed to make loud noises which if you compare to other fridges is absolute nonsense, a fridge should be almost silent & the noise tells you it can turn off again at any time causing more loss which you not prepared to spend from your pocket. I want a new fridge-ideally a different brand as this is the second unit or if not, a full refund with a handling fee charges. I have documents to prove the time frame & delay of service been given to me.
