I bought a Defy fridge from Game Northgate, Randburg on the 13th of May. After having it for about a week it started making this loud noise everytime it switched on. I went to game and told them about it, but it instead they told me to call defy so that it can be fixed, I shouldn't have allowed it because this was a brand new fridge, but I thought it was a minor fault so I called defy and they sent a technician to check it out, the technician worked on it and he thought it was fixed so he left, but 2 days later I had to call him again because it wasn't fixed. He came again and this time he said that the fridge is going to be taken to their workshop, so they took it and brought it back, but that noise is still there. I do not have confidence in this fridge anymore and I feel it has been tampered with too many times, I called game and told them to replace the fridge or give me my money back, they still refer me to defy and defy wants to send more people to inspect that fridge. I do not have time for this anymore and I believe that I have given game and defy a chance.
