We bought a brand new Samsung fridge from on 23 December 2010. The model is RL67MCPN1/XFA and needless to say it was not cheap. I loved the fridge because of the wide space and still do. However after only 10 months of owning the fridge, it started to make an awful loud noise which we discovered was the twin cooling fan in the fridge pert. With the recommendation of Samsung, we had MM All Electronics come out to fix it, which it seemed at the time they had done successfully with the fridge still under warranty. Fast forward 7 months and the exact same problem occured in May 2012, so MM All Electronics came back yet again to fix the same problem. 2 weeks ago, a year later, the problem has begun persisting yet again, now worse than ever, so loud that we cannot hear ourselves talk and have to switch the fridge off to watch TV in peace. The fridge is now out of warranty, however we refuse to pay for a problem that has persisted over and again with this product and was meant to be resolved on two seperate occassions, clearly a serious defect with your product! Nobody from Samsung gets back to us. Surely this is not best practice in a booming organisation of superior products?
