10 June an incident was logged for my fridge being noisy. The technician, Kobus, visited my house, inspected the fridge, and advised that he would inform the supplier of the noise and the fridge should be replaced. As this is the second fridge with the same problem, Kobus advised that I get a different model. I was out of the city for almost a mnth after Kobus's visit. On 23 July I had not received any feedback and called the supplier. The lady mentioned that Kobus closed the incident saying no fault was found. This is unacceptable! I would like this resolved by the end of the week as the noise of the fridge disturbs my sleep! Ref S000312366
