In November I called rebirth repair to fix my fridge, they came and said I had to pay them immediately before the technician leaves my house. which is what a did naively, trusting that my fridge was fixed. a few hours after I started experience the same problem I had with the fridge and called and told them, the fridge is not working and asked why I was billed for fridge sensor cause the technician never replaced anything in my fridge. to which he replied by saying they were not done and are coming back to complete the job. I kept calling them, until they eventually sent someone. the sensors where never replaced. when I inquired about it, the technician by saying he took them with him and my fridge should be working. my fridge worked for less then 3 days and stopped. then they came and put a timer on the plug and said my fridge should be fine. within 24 hours, my food was defrosting cause the fridge was not running, I called them again complaining that I paid R1880.00 for them to fix my fridge and they have not. since December, I have been calling to speak to the manager, I've been told he is not around, to send email to the sales people, they have not responded or bothered
