A call was logged for my noisy fridge by a staff member at Game on 10 June. I advised the staff member that my fridge had been replaced before and that I would like a different model as this model was extremely noisy. I was visited by the same technician of the supplier, namely, Kobus, who had my previous fridge replaced and he told me he would advise the same with this fridge. A month later I logged a call with Whirpool as I had no feedback and they informed me that Kobus mentioned no fault on the fridge and the incident was closed! Whirlpool then contacted me to send a second technician. He visited me on the 27th of July and said he would inform the supplier of the noise. To date I have received NO feedback and I do not see why I have to waste my time and money contacting the suppliers to get this sorted out. Please get this sorted out as soon as possible as the noise of the fridge is unbearable. My COD number is: 5384829.
