On the 18th September 2013 Refrigeration Emergency Services was appointed to repair a salad bar fridge for our customer in Bronkhorstspruit. Payment was paid the next day and till date our customer's fridge has still not been repaired. On countless calls made and messages sent to Kobus, because he does not believe in giving feedback, we were promised that he is just waiting for a generator and then it will be fixed. On 1st October in the morning contacting Kobus again, he promised that the generator is on it's way and that he will be repairing the fridge in the afternoon. We contacted the owner of the store in Bronkhorstspruit at 15:45 and he advised us that no one has arrived yet. Trying to get hold of Kobus on his cell or office numbers also failed as there is just no answer. We have even sent him messages which he doesn't reply to. I find this unacceptable and the supplier very unreliable. Our customer is now threatning to put the fridge outside his store and cancelling his contract with us.
