SAMSUNG REFRIDERATOR BROKEN IN A MONTH

A REFRIDGERATOR WAS GIVEN TO US AS A HOUSE WARMING GIFT. IN LESS THAN A MONTH THIS FRIDGE HAS ALREADY GIVEN UP. WE CONTACTED THE SUPPLIER MONDAY MORNING TO REPORT THAT THE FRIDGE IS NO LONGER WORKING AND WE GET A SINGLE CALL PER DAY FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS.A SAMSUNG TECHNICIAN WAS SENT OUT 3DAYS LATER AFTER OVER R1000 WORTH OF FOOD IS GONE TO WASTE. WE ARE TOLD THAT THE FRIDGE CANNOT BE REPLACED BUT CAN BE FIXED.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS A PRICE WAS PAID FOR A BRAND NEW FRIDGE AND NOT A FIXED UP ONE.THIS IS TERRIBLE AFTERSALES SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.RIGHT NOW BREAKFAST LUNCH AND SUPPER HAS TO BE BOUGHT AS WE CANNOT STORE ANYTHING IN THE FRIDGE. HOW IS IT THAT A BRANDNEW FRIDGE CAN ONLY BE FIXED, IT HAS TO BE REPLACED. I AM NOT WILLING TO HAVE A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS FRIDGE.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FROM SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY. WE ARE VERY DISPPOINTED IN THE AFTER SALES SERVICE.WHO WILL COMPENSATE US FOR THE AMOUNT OF FOOD THAT HAS BEEN WASTED. WE ARE COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS MATTER.
