SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS ALL FAULTY FROM SUPPLIER

I purchased a Samsung fridge RL67VCSH in July 2011, when it was delivered, it was not cooling down. When went back to the store they told me it might take a couple of days. The fridge did not cool down at all. It was replaced at my insistence with a new fridge same model.a week later.
In 2012 the fridge was making a strange noise and called them out as it was still under guarantee, they told me they replaced the sensor. This is incorrect. Is there not a guarantee on repairs? Surely the fault should have a guarantee. This year, at my cost as it was making exactly the same noise, I got an independent contractor to look at the fridge, I was told that there is ice build up around the fan, and it is a common problem with ALL Samsung fridges. I now have phoned Samsung, waiting for their response as I have a fridge that is clearly faulty even though it is now out of guarantee period (the previous fridge was a Defy and it did not give any problems until the day we sold it for the Samsung it was 15 years old. I would like answers from Samsung as I googled the problem and it is a worlwide problem.
