If you visit Pick and Pay Hyper in Montana Pretoria and a certain Indian lady is the service manager, you must rather go and shop at Checkers. At peak hours at 4 in the afternoon, there is only 3 to 4 tills operating with queues of clients 10 deep. And to shop at 6.30 in the evenings is impossible due to all the cashiers cashing up.
When you ask to speak to the manager, they point to her but she never comes to address your concern. The other day a pregnant lady fell faint due to standing in the queue for 35 min.
