SERVICE POOR

On 12.1.2013 I did my grocery shopping at P & P Quagga Centre. I bought lots of groceries and the queues were long. When I got to the friendly and polite cashier she was ringing up the goods. She also had to pack the goods in packets as well. This was being done as well at other cashiers where they had to do both. Poor lady - I could see other staff justing standing near doing nothing. The cashier took more than twice the time with me due ot the fact that she had to everything her self. While this was happening the queues got longer and longer as the shop was busy. I requested to speak to the manager, A lady went to look for him and never came back to me. I then asked again that i wanted to speak to the manager. A guy working there told me he can help. I asked about the cashiers doing cashing and packing bags and the store is so busy its taking a lot of time for us shoppers, and he just said sorry. When I asked where the manager was he said he should be coming in at 12. I found the service to be of low standard although the service from the cashier was excellent.
