Pick n pay at 17:30 on a week night (when so many are grabbing food on their way home) and there are so few tills open (7). All I needed was I packet of gravy and the queues were all 3 trollys deep or longer. The security guard told me to go to the kiosk, where Tebogo was not impressed. The queue was 6 people deep with one till operating but 5 employees chatting behind the counter. Long story short, she was so rude and it is not the first time. Cashiers need to be friendly and helpful and often the pick n pay ones are rude! Well, I wont be back.
