Please update ITC and account information

I called edgars to update my edgars account on the website and ITC since i have paid my IN FULL. I have called a week ago.please please i do not want to have to waste my energy by speaking to your incompetent staff. Update the monthly payments i have made with.them, the balance doesnt in no way reflect my acc status
