I paid at express till. I asked the lady to help me to pack my groceries and the she said "why you not old mos". Then I said to her "but I not working here and I am asking nicely". She replied" I am not a packer... there is a packer go and get her". I had an affidavit on my hands and did not want to get ruined. So I put down on the counter packed my self and left the store because see she was not interested in helping me anymore. Hwr attitude was bad. She greated me and all she was interest in was tilling me. What happened to friendly customer service in this store huh!!! How about service with a smile and going extra mile for customer. To call a packer would not have harm this lady. The store should allocate permanet packers for customers. Friendly ones I dont want to walk into a service means nothing. I have shop for my self pack things and get bad attitude foe spending my money here. Poor customer and unfriendly staff. Management should have 10 minutes session with their staff inform em them about best service to customers!!!
