A defective stove top was installed by Fourways Hirsch in Jul 2011. Promises of sending somebody to inspect it has been received since Aug 2011. To date nothing happened. During a telephonic discussion with Victor, he displayed a bad attitude. He slammed the phone down during the discussion. This is unacceptable behaviour towards clients.
