Great Service... keeping customer loyalty

We purchased a built in microwave from Hirsch's Fourways and just over a year later, while in its guarantee period, it started to give us problems. We battled with Whirlpool SA for over 2 months to repair our unit and then approached Hirsch's Fourways to assist us. Vivian, who assisted us on the sale, quickly got onto the phone with Whirlpool to remedy our problem. Her call was met with similar resistance and a nonchalant attitude from Whirlpool. However, she was steadfast in her determination to solve our problem and escalated the matter. Within a few days, Hirsch's delivered and installed a brand new unit. Vivian kept in touch with us regularly to ensure that we were kept informed as to the progress as well as after the installation took place. Absolutely amazing service Hirschs! Whirlpool SA has a thing or two to learn from you on how to keep brand loyalty!
