Good day,

My child Ramona have pass away 23 June 2013.

She had an account with JET and on the account she had a funeral policy and accident cover.

This show on her monthly statements that we receive from JET, when I went to them with the death certificate to show that she has pass away and claim from them they said that she has cancel this policies, but they don't have any proof that she has cancel this policy.

Also the May statement that we has shown them also show that she was still paying these policy and accident covers.

Please advise
