After more than a month of trying to get a refund to my Kalahari account, I spoke to a consultant today, Peter September, who understood the situation and said that the amount would be credited to my account profile.
It has finally sorted been sorted out, and is now reflecting on my profile (10-15 minutes AFTER the phone call)... Talk about efficiency of certain people.
