My wife bought a Greyhound ticket (Included as Account number) at Shoprite Kanyamazane & to the her and my son's humiliation when they tried to border a Bus they were told the ticket is cancelled while they have the correct ticket.
Greyhound clearly distance itself as the ticket was cancelled by shoprite after my wife paid for it. The cries of my 3 year old son while taken off the bus can not be stomached. My wife still had to drive 25 kms back to shoprite to ask for refund. The bus had left them now I had to fund petrol & toll gates to drive.
If this is Shoprite's business strategy with customers then even their guiding mission " to be the consumers' preferred shopping destination, by retailing food and non-food products at the Group... with enjoyable experince" is very misleading.
My family suffered humiliation at the hands of a bungle by shoprite.
