I went into the pick and pay store to buy my groceries I wanted a cash back withdrawal. They told me that there is not enough money in the tills and that I must come back tomorrow. How perthetic I mean I do my monthly groceries there every month and I always told people that pick and pay was the best. I was so upset I left the store and went to shoprite around the corner. At shoprite they went from till to till to accommodate me so I ended up buying my groceries there at shoprite they really made me feel like a special customer. I will spread the word on social media and to friends and family about the service pick and pay gave me. I will even write a online article about pick and pay. This is not what Raymond Ackerman motto and philosophy stands for. Pick and pay you really are losers because im now a faithful shoprite customer now.
