I have been trying to no avail to get my Account Statements for the past two years!! I have called to request the Statements given my postal address on numerous occasions... promised that it will arrive in five days and then when it does not and I call to check what has happened I am told that my address I had given was entered incorrectly.
The last reference number I was given was by Phumzile at Nedbank (Tennacity) now dealing with Ackermans Accounts was 62611651. I have not as yet received ANY Statement. I have not made a purchase on this account for at least the last two years and have been making an internet transfer every month.
I need to see WHAT I am still paying for...!!!???
