I wasn't receiving statements. RCS entered my Postal Address incorrectly a mistake on their side. After getting threatening collections phonecalls I paid a lump sum to cover overdue payments. My monthly instalments fluctuate so I need a Statement to know how much to pay. I requested that my statements be sent via email and was promised it would be done. The consultant never set up the statements via email. After many enquiries I was only met with arrogance on the other side of the phone who seem to dodge responsibility by saying that I was liable for my account. I agree however it is RCS responsibility to make sure I receive my statements by getting my address right. RCS admitted the mistake I now receive my statements via email so problem resolved. However my latest statement included a Collections Letter Fee for which I can't be held liable as the mistake was with RCS. After enquiring I was once again met with arrogance this time from a supervisor. The supervisor agreed to remove the fee "this time" and said I was liable for my account regardless of whether I receive my statements or not. Why is RCS so arrogant and quick to threaten with collections when they are in the wrong???
