Game please advice what am i to do about this. I have wasted so much airtime following up i am actually thinking about coming in to get my money back. I bought the trojan 315 treadmill on the 21st of July i was called by the gentleman in that dept with an apology the next week to say they had no stock and the treadmill they wanted to sell was damaged and they needed to contact the nearby GAME stores to get stock. I agreed and waited although the gentleman was very quick to offer me another treadmill saying that they all all the same. I disagree because aa a customer i want to buy what i selected not just any random thing offered to you. This lack of proffesionalism is appauling. The store manager will be notified about this as i think i have been more than patient now.
The delivery guys promised to deliver on tuesday and again on thursday and on friday but they have been advicednot to release my goods. Nobody contacted me to alert me. I have just been waiting all this time.
This is the first game store to give such bad service.
I am tired now and very disappointed. I am simply warning other customers out there to be careful about this store
