Saturday evening 19/07/13. My Fiance and I were @checkers, we paid R270.04, my Fiance paid & apparently the system went down. we waited 20min before this was supposedly resolved. the Admin manager was very rude and tried to explain and said we need to pay again, even though we had received an sms to say we had paid! another manager than approached us and told us to come back the next day with a bank statement, and took our details, Today we waited all day and received no call, @ 4pm we arrived at the store were we had our bank statement showing our money going off twice, he said it doesn't show it going off on his side, so he needs to follow procedure, I asked if u need to follow procedure why weren't we contacted because now we have to waste our time and petrol AGAIN to come back a 3rd time, his response " I was going to call you" REALLY AT 4PM???
I also than took the liberty of taking photos of your filthy floor @ ur meat section, all of this im sure Carte Blanche would love, especially since you already have so many complaints about rotten meat, I would also like to add how my mom a few years back got sick from your chicken and was than placed into hospital! NEVER AGAIN!!!
