I'm highly disgusted by the assessment I received from Verimark Repair Centre.
For starters there was a ''5 year warranty '' on this machine and it has only been used roughly about 8 times in the manner we were shown as Verimark Festival Mall. Secondly it says the motor was rusted? a water based machine rusts?? As per the report & pictures receid it was due to " lack" of the following:
Correct system for washing used but machine was allowed to overflow and dirty water was sucked into unit
- Washing function used with aquafilter in place but without sponge & micro particle filter installed - this was always in place
- Tank not regularly emptied when deep cleaning - filled to correct marking on the container?
- Water filtration system used when deep cleaning instead of anti swash filter so the float cannot stop tank overfilling
It is easy to state that the failure of the machine is due to the "owner's use" as always!
it was an expensive enough machine & supposedly the best on the market & with a 5 year guarantee on nothing.
I find that this is an absolute joke and I will also be taking this matter further.
