Bad service and staff doesn't care

My name is Debora and I went to Edgars in Killarney Mall on the 19/07/2013 to collect my card. I arrived there at 12:10 and there was no one at the till, like all tills were empty. I waited there for like five minutes and decided to ask the lady at the cellphones counter if there's anyone who can help, and she plainly said that's not her job, she just works at the cellphones counter. Finally 10 minutes later a lady called Fikile (per the name tag) arrives and she says she cant help with card collections, and then came Karabo. Karabo made me go to the cosmetics counter, and when we got there she says she needs to go to the main till to logoff she'll be back, I waited for roughly another 5min and some guy came and said Karabo says I should come to the main counter.

I get to the main counter and she spends another 20 min with the card collection until i finally said she should rather cancel the transaction as I was there for 30min now (12:45). I complained about the situation and she said there's nothing she can do. I left and they all laughed. the service there is so disgustingly poor that i don' want an edgars card anymore.
