Can't Unsubscribe

I have been receiving emails from Shoe HQ and tried to unsubscribe, i have even emailed their head office but have received no responce, i called the branch On Main, Cape Town and spoke to Nasiga who gave me the Head Office number - they never answer.

I have blocked the email address but somehow every now and then the email comes through!
UNSUBSCRIBE ME!!!
