On the 30th of August 2013 i bought clinique make up from Edgars The Glen shopping mall. the lady who i believe is a counter manger did a test on my face and it didnt look rigt. i told her it didnt look right but insisted its correct. i asked for a tester to take home as i was not comfortable with what she had done. Asked a few people and they all agreed it wass not right. 2 weeks or so later i went to Edgara South gate to exchenge to my horror they refused and told me to go back to The Glen. on the 26/09/2013 i wen t to the Glen ladies helped me and told me i cannot take anything else except clinique stuff even thou i had a slip. Basically i was now forced to buy clinique, i decided to takwe perfume as i was not happy with what they had done even yesterday. went to the counter to exchange and pay was told to go to another counter, waited 20 minutes in the qeue only to be told to go to custtomer service then waitied another 30 minutes in the customer service line then told they canot help me cause its cosmetics. almost. More than an hoputr of my time wasted. NEVER AGAIN!!!
