On the 17 june 2013 I went to truworths in wonderpark to buy a phone, i looked around until I approached Maggy and asked for assistance i she refused to assist even if im a truworths account holder.
I returned on the 19th june 2013 i was assisted by a lady who was packing clothes n she reffered me to Maggy who ignored me and tried to hide her name tag.
There was a long line and cashiers were just having chat and maggy tried to pass me to her co-worker who also refused. i dont know if my money isnt good enough for this store. I am very angry coz those ladies treated me like this infront of my family who r still shocked of their nasty customer service.
When i finally was handed the phone. I noticed on the pick up slip that on cellphone insurance section it was ticked NO without being informed about it. The lady did not even show how to use the handset. CPA is there to protect a customer from employers who treat people like trash.
