Bought some things at Game Cresta and as usual, queued and waited to pay. Then I went, with my trolley to the jewellery counter, which is a separate counter opposite the cashiers. There was no-one waiting at the counter, but I still waited 2 or 3 minutes for the salesperson (Simon) to acknowledge that I was there. I asked him to show me a watch, he said ok, left the counter and returned a few minutes later. Only then did he get the watch for me to look at, very reluctantly, rudely and with attitude.. I decided to buy the watch, and he started to write a voucher, I told him I wanted to pay for it at the Jewellery counter, he told me no, go back into the store and pay at the cashiers, I am not taking payments here! Spoke to the manager (Lucky) who did not know and did not care why the Jewellery counter tills were not open and all he did was go and collect the watch, stand in the queu inside the store and call me when it was time to pay? HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO QUEUE FOR GAME PURCHASES, LEAVE THE TILL, GO TO AN OUTSIDE COUNTER, SELECT AN ITEM, AND GO BACK INTO THE STORE TO QUEUE AGAIN TO PAY FOR IT!
